LANDSCAPE PLAN

A computer generated detailed landscape plan includes the layout of all hardscape elements, such as patio areas, driveways, decks, screens/arbors and lighting. Material and product recommendations are included in the notes section to fit your budget and style. Quantities and square footage of these areas are included under the notes section for material take-offs. This ensures you have everything you need to order materials or to receive conducive pricing from contractors.

PLANTING PLAN

Planting plans are detailed with tree, shrub and perennial selections that are zone 3 hardy for Calgary and surrounding area. We ensure thriving plant material choices based on your desired level of maintenance. Dry, wet, sun, or shade, all plant material in your landscape plan will produce 4 season interest and function, including color, texture, screening and feature specimens.

PLANT HEALTH CARE PACKAGE

Included with your plans are personalized directions on how to care for the plant material, so they can thrive, grow and bloom to their full potential! Pruning, dividing plants and amending soil are important elements to keeping a garden lush and pest free. We also include a plant list with the common names, botanical names and recommended sizing, along with pictures for easy reference to the plant list and health care information.

ACREAGES

Acreage drawings include a scaled landscape plan and detailed planting plan. The landscape plan includes a property layout of areas to be bermed, run-off drainage paths with proposed grades (if existing grades are provided by client on rpr) and all hardscape elements you want to include in your project. Retaining walls, patio area, deck, pergola, privacy screens, pool, water feature and outdoor lighting, are all labeled with material suggestions. The planting plan includes Calgary and area hardy trees, shrubs and perennials.

3-RENDERINGS

Using google sketch-up, your landscape plan can be built into a 3d visual you can really get excited about! Sometimes with the bird's eye view, it is hard to visualize areas with an elevation change - such as retaining walls, decks and privacy screens.

3D renderings offer a different perspective and can help you visualize the full scope of the project, or show variations to a site specific area.

PERMIT & CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

We provide permit-ready and construction drawings for decks and fences that are designed to meet municipal requirements and support a smooth build from start to finish. Our drawings clearly outline layouts, dimensions, structural information, and key build details, helping streamline the approval process and move your project forward efficiently.
